What you will do
- Research and develop AI models focused on reasoning, inference, and decision support.
- Engineer systems that translate research outputs into scalable and reliable intelligence components.
- Collaborate with Quantum AI Decision Scientists to integrate advanced modeling techniques.
- Work closely with Enterprise Intelligence Architects to ensure models fit within broader intelligence systems.
- Evaluate model performance, robustness, and interpretability in real enterprise contexts.
- Continuously refine intelligence systems based on feedback from live deployments.
What we are looking for
- Strong background in machine learning, AI research, or applied intelligence engineering.
- Experience working with reasoning models, large language models, or advanced inference systems.
- Ability to move fluidly between research exploration and production level implementation.
