As a Quantum AI Decision Scientist, you will work on advanced intelligence models that combine AI reasoning, probabilistic decision science, and quantum inspired approaches to help organisations evaluate options, scenarios, and outcomes under uncertainty.
Your work will directly influence how enterprise leaders understand risk, opportunity, and trade offs at scale.
What you will do
- Design and develop decision intelligence models that support scenario analysis, optimisation, and uncertainty modeling.
- Apply quantum inspired techniques and probabilistic methods to enhance classical AI and machine learning systems.
- Work with large and complex enterprise datasets to generate forward looking intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with Decision Intelligence Leads to ensure scientific outputs translate into executive level insights.
- Partner with intelligence architects and research engineers to operationalise models within enterprise intelligence systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance, robustness, and interpretability.
What we are looking for
- Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, optimization, or decision science.
- Experience working with probabilistic models, simulations, or advanced forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or quantum inspired algorithms is valuable but not mandatory.
- Ability to balance research depth with practical application.
- Clear communication skills and comfort explaining complex concepts to non technical stakeholders.
