As a Decision Intelligence Lead, you will work directly with senior leadership teams at large enterprises, embedding intelligence into how they think, decide, and act over time.

You operate at the intersection of business context, data, AI reasoning, and decision science. Your output is clarity that enables confident action.

What you will do

Work closely with enterprise leadership teams to understand decision challenges across growth, operations, finance, and innovation.
Translate complex data, AI outputs, and quantum augmented insights into clear and actionable decision narratives for CXOs.
Design and run decision frameworks, scenario simulations, and intelligence briefs that support high impact choices.
Collaborate with Quantum AI scientists and enterprise intelligence architects to continuously improve how insights are generated.
Own intelligence outcomes over defined twelve week cycles and evolve them into long term intelligence systems.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through consistency, rigor, and judgment.

What we are looking for

Experience in decision making environments such as strategy, consulting, operations leadership, product strategy, or advanced analytics.
Strong ability to structure ambiguity and convert it into decisive options.
Comfort working with AI driven insights and probabilistic intelligence.
Clear and confident communication with senior stakeholders.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
